This is an easy to make tasty treat. Perfect for desserts and is healthier than most desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 9 oz. bag Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Morsels
  • 2/3 Cup Lite Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the Dark Chocolate Morsels and coconut milk in a double boiler or in the microwave at 30 second intervals until smooth. 

  2. Pour into the ceramic portion of a fondue pot, or any deep ceramic dish

  3. Using skewers, dip your favorite fresh fruit into the melted goodness and enjoy.

    Strawberries, bananas, and pineapple taste great with this!
