Easy Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Veganiase Vegan Mayonaisse
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk original/plain organic soy milk works well
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp dried or fresh (chopped) dill
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt to taste
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the milk into a mixing bowl

  2. Add approximately 1/2 the milk and whisk.  Keep adding milk until it reaches the desired consistency.  It will thicken after its been refrigerated for a few hours.  If your'e making it ahead of time, use all the milk.  If you're eating it right away, just add until it's the desired consistency.

  3. Store covered, in the refrigerator for a up to a few days.  Add milk if it's too thick.
