Easy Plant-Based|Vegan Strawberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 cups organic strawberries Fresh is best but frozen may work in a pinch
  • 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. In a small blender, combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth.


  2. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
