It’s not uncommon for people to ask me if I’m on “the plant-based diet” and when I tell them that I live the plant-based lifestyle I can see their eyes grow a bit wider as if to ask what I’m talking about.
Sorta like the character Violet Beauregarde from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
In the most recent “Top Three Tips of the Week video” I clarify the difference between a plant-based diet and a plant-based lifestyle. There’s important and compelling reasons to understand the difference. Check out why by watching the video.
During the month of December you’re invited to complete my Healthy Habits Tracker. This free tool allows you to note your relationship (or lack thereof) with the seven healthy habits that research has shown to improve our quality of life. The idea is that now, during the final weeks of the year you take stock of your relationship with the healthy habits. Then, at the start of the new year, you can create goals based on the evidence you collected. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t started to use the Healthy Habits Tracker yet, it takes less than 5 minutes per day to complete. Any data is a good starting point so download the tracker today and start tracking.
