I don’t know about you but I’ve noticed as we embrace 2024, I’ve encountered a barrage of suggestions. They range from building realistic healthy habits to making resolutions. Or selecting a word for the year to creating a mood board or reflecting on 2023 and goal setting for 2024. Instead I have three simple strategies to think, grow and flow in the New Year.
While those are all fantastic ideas, I’ll admit that I’ve noticed I don’t seem compelled (that at least for this year) to do most (if not any) of these “start of the New Year rituals”.
Maybe it’s because I don’t want to be among the millions of people who make resolutions only to have them dropped within the first two weeks of January.
I think I’m more interested in a “soft launch” to the New Year where I can sort and select healthier habits to either nurture or try to build into my lifestyle.
