Sometimes being a plant-based eater during the holiday season can be a challenge. I remember the first Thanksgiving after I switched to the WFPB way of eating. Let’s just say it didn’t go down as the most favorite of holiday meals.
The good news is that I didn’t throw in the towel, rather I made some adjustments. I figured out how to enjoy Thanksgiving and still stick with the plant-based lifestyle. I’m sharing what I did to overcome the challenges in this week’s Top Three video.
