The Secrets to Aging Well

It’s pretty amazing to hear about people who live past the age of 100.  It’s fascinating to learn what contributes to their longevity. Among this week’s top three tips is sharing the one thing that many healthy older people eat daily. It’s interesting and something that’s easy to add to anyone’s meal planning.  These include some of the secrets to aging well.

In honor of summer I’ve created a Facebook Live series called “Catch the Waves.” Join me  weekdays July 1-12 at 9 a.m. PST/noon EST for ten days of Facebook Lives highlighting how to build healthier habits and adopt the plant-based lifestyle. To better serve those who are interested in adopting healthier lifestyle habits and age well there’s a change underfoot.  I’m delighted to share that our private Facebook group called Judy’s Newbies which has focused primarily on how to make the transition to plant-based eating is undergoing a face lift and an expansion. 

Given that transitioning to plant-based eating is a process that involves change, most people making the transition are changing much more than their way of eating. They’re also changing habits for a number of reasons.  As a way to help facilitate the changes and foster the adoption of healthier lifestyle choices in order to age well, our free private Facebook group has been renamed to “She Builds Healthier Habits and is ready for you to join today.
