We all struggle with finding enough time. This can especially be true for women who are juggling multiple roles. I found that despite embracing the whole-food,plant-based lifestyle in 2013 I strayed away from always eating whole foods and packed on 15 pounds as a result. I also failed to consistently exercise. This prompted me to make a commitment to myself at the start of 2018 to make some changes.
